Backerei Trapper in Erlangen

Just bought this bread roll. Is there more to say about that? (No, nothing fell out, something like this is seriously sold to customers here ...) This baker could probably also build house facades in North Korea with his cheating skills.

The large breakfast was very good and perfectly adequate.

Has good quality when it comes to baked goods! But also slightly higher prices!

Have a very good breakfast here consoling Corona. Good choice.

The service was exceptionally quick and the staff were nice. As part of the hotel breakfast offer, you could choose 5 products, but you could also buy them separately if required. After that big breakfast, I felt pretty full.

Very rude staff .... no patience at all ... the food bounces on the table and unable to serve the customers ... tables very dirty and if you talk to them you get yelled at ... we are gone even though we had a free breakfast available ...

Holiday Inn Express breakfast was provided here. Well arranged despite the crowds and tasty sandwiches!

Unfortunately, we were not so convinced of the "bakery". We stayed at the hotel and had vouchers for breakfast the next morning. Very limited selection. There is either a 1 hot or cold drink + 1 roll and a particle / crossaint. Otherwise the prices in the bakery are good. The employees also made a stressed impression on us.

A similar experience as the other reviewers. We went there for breakfast as Holiday Inn Erlangen has a temporary collaboration. The bakery was obviously crowded due to many guests from the hotel. Two ladies served the entire crowd and they clearly showed their frustration on almost everybody. No greeting, no smile and just rushing to get done with you. My advise to the bakery : hire a student or part time worker during your rush hours to avoid throwing your frustration on guests. Cannot judge when your business rush hours is? Then you probably need to reconsider if this business is right for you!

Price-performance ratio very good. There is still plenty of room for improvement in terms of staff. There is not enough shadowing on the outside seats.

2 stars, but only because of the quality of the goods. Staff highly stressed and unable to wear face masks.

Food was ok. Service was below any acceptable standard. We came because our hotel had issued us vouchers for breakfast as they did not have the breakfast room in order (Covid19). The women working there where not even trying to do their job. How hard is it to heat a croissant?

Very bad service, the lady who attend us was rude and because the germans are rude we have to accept it? No way! The holiday inn express in Eldenberg should not use them, i am sure they are nicer bakeries in town that can do a better job

Good and quick service but the selection is very small

update 17.07: Shop was very badly visited until 4:00 p.m., lots of bread left, tables and floor dirty, if there is no guest there can at least be wiped over the tables :( We were there on Saturday, very bad selection of tea, the shop looks more stylish from the outside, rather stale inside, somehow not modern (the beautiful lighting dives). The baked goods are highly recommended, I don't think the location is good. Let's see how long the shop is there.

The service very nice and attentive. Location has advantages and disadvantages. I am waiting for orthopedic patients, not far from the rehabilitation center. But on the street and a little out of the city.
